Simple, Transparent Pricing
Up To $40,000 In Gross Sales
Standard 50/50 Split
For estates with gross sales up to $40,000, we use an industry-standard 50% split. You receive half of the proceeds, we receive half.
Sales Over $40,000
40/60 Split Above $40K
When gross sales exceed $40,000, you keep 40% and we retain 60%. This reflects the larger staffing, marketing, and management effort required for high-value sales.
Per-Load Pricing
$750 Cleanout Per Load
After the sale, we remove remaining unsold items, coordinate donations, and dispose of trash. Cleanout is billed at $750 per load.
Final terms may vary based on the size, location, and contents of the estate. We provide a written estimate after the free consultation.
